Hello Friends,
As we are halfway into this crazy 2020, I have decided to move forward with some other projects that I’ve always wanted to check off my bucket list which can and will eventually tie into my love of photography.
In mid-March, all the family was home and I thoroughly enjoyed life in its simplest form-family time, lots of fresh, home cooked meals, laughter, kids bickering, cuddling on the couch, lots of exercise, marathon watching of Netflix series (Ozark to be exact) that I NEVER ever do and no driving kids to activities - it was sort of heaven-ish to me!
In May, I decided to start my Real Estate license course-dove into that and recently passed my state licensing exam. I am officially a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate! If you know me, I have a HUGE love for design and making things pretty in all forms-hoping to one day renovate and flip-will keep this part of my life open to see where it might take me.
As our kiddos are growing up way TOO fast, I want to enjoy these next few years before they really don’t want me around. The teen years are here with my girls and my boy is almost 21! Word of advice to all parents with children 10 and under-take part in as many photography sessions as you can while they are giving you genuine laughter, smiles and emotion!!! It is a priceless, precious time! My 13 year old daughter just got her braces off this week-did a photo session with her this morning to document the freedom of no braces and big smiles. As we are sweating our way down Worth Avenue in mid July, she’s completely annoyed with me telling me how I don’t take photos the way she wants, the Via we planned on shooting in was closed-it was such a lovely day-sigh!
So, for now, I am putting this photography business on hold until further notice. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE MEMORIES, LOVE and SUPPORT over the years!
